The team at Clase Azul, since their inception 25 years ago, really do take tequila to the next level. The handcrafted, artisan bottles they use to house their exceptional liquid are jaw droppingly beautiful and getting hold of some is pretty hard work. We've been trying to get an allocation for some time, and we're thrilled to be able to offer our customers the chance to buy and try their silver expression. A wonderfully expressive spirit with aromas of fresh orange peel, lemongrass and green apple with a delicate and balanced flavour that has notes of freshly crushed mint and a light sweet vanilla softness.

Today they are one of the most highly respected and acclaimed tequila producers, crafting exceptional spirits that are wonderfully unique and a true representation of Mexican culture and craftsmanship.
The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
Have a go at making a tequila sunrise, it's the perfect cocktail for this wonderful tequila. Better yet, it's really very simple! Pop two teaspoons of grenadine into a highball glass and set to one side. Add 50ml tequila, juice of half a lemon and a whole orange and finally a little dash of triple sec to a cocktail shaker with a little ice inside. Shake well until the liquid inside is nice and cold. Now add some ice to your highball glass and gently strain in the liquid from the cocktail shaker, trying not to disturb the grenadine too much! Garnish with a wedge of orange, a fresh cherry and, of course, a cocktail umbrella.
